Power Grid Corporation of India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 May 2016 to consider and approve the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee, and the recommendation of final dividend, if any, by the Board.
