Pricol allots 2,70,84,777 rights equity shares
The Rights Issue Committee of Pricol at its meeting held on 25 December 2020 has approved the allotment of 2,70,84,777 Rights Equity Shares at a price of Rs 30 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium
of Rs 29 per Rights Equity Share).
Accordingly, pursuant to the aforesaid Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 12.18 crore from Rs 9.47 crore.
