Prince Pipes & Fittings has received revision in credit ratings from CRISIL as under:
Long term rating - CRISIL A+/ Stable (upgraded from CRISIL A/ Positive)
Short term rating - CRISIL A1+ (upgraded from CRISIL A1)
Total bank facilities rated - Rs 668 crore (enhanced from Rs 591 crore)
Rs 50 crore commercial paper - CRISIL A1+ (upgraded from CRISIL A1)
