PTC India announces change in nominee director
With effect from 17 June 2021
PTC India announced that consequent to change of Nominee Director by NTPC, Anil Kumar Gautam, Nominee Director of NTPC (DIN- 08293632), has ceased to be a Director on the Board of PTC India w.e.f. 17 June 2021.Renu Narang, CGM (Finance) of NTPC has been appointed as Nominee Director of NTPC (DIN - 08070565) on the Board of PTC India w.e.f. 17 June 2021.
