Ranbaxy Laboratories allots equity shares

Ranbaxy Laboratories announced that its allotment committee of directors vide circular resolution passed on 14 April 2014 have allotted 26,747 equity shares on exercise of stock options under the employee stock option scheme of the company. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to 423,805,810 equity shares of Rs 5 each aggregating Rs 211.90 crores.
