Real Estate shares fall
Real Estate stocks were trading in the negative zone, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index falling 43.66 points or 1.76% at 2437.49 at 13:49 IST.
Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, DLF Ltd (down 3.09%), Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 2.17%),Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 1.57%),Sobha Ltd (down 1.35%),Godrej Properties Ltd (down 1.12%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 1.04%), and Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 0.09%).
On the other hand, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (up 0.55%), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (up 0.36%), and Omaxe Ltd (up 0.03%) moved up.
At 13:49 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 182.09 or 0.44% at 41123.94.
The Nifty 50 index was down 48.45 points or 0.4% at 12089.5.
The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 59.38 points or 0.4% at 14789.36.
The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 19.22 points or 0.38% at 5126.65.
On BSE,1152 shares were trading in green, 1182 were trading in red and 151 were unchanged.
