Real Estate shares slide

Real Estate stocks were trading with losses, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index falling 9.79 points or 0.44% at 2214.5 at 13:48 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 3.3%), Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 1.03%),Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (down 0.82%),Godrej Properties Ltd (down 0.6%),Omaxe Ltd (down 0.39%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 0.26%), Sobha Ltd (down 0.06%), and DLF Ltd (down 0.04%).

On the other hand, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (up 0.76%), and Oberoi Realty Ltd (up 0.6%) moved up.

At 13:48 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 104.56 or 0.25% at 41663.13.

 

The Nifty 50 index was up 25.05 points or 0.2% at 12246.7.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 10.54 points or 0.08% at 13397.67.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 8.5 points or 0.18% at 4702.01.

On BSE,1094 shares were trading in green, 1183 were trading in red and 182 were unchanged.
