Religare Enterprises allots 2.28 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Religare Enterprises has allotted 2,28,750 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options granted under the REL ESOP Plan 2019. The allotment price of 50,000 equity shares is Rs. 31.35 per share and 1,78,750 equity shares is Rs. 29.43 per share.

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up equity capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 2,591,851,520/- divided into 259,185,152 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 2,594,139,020/- divided into 259,413,902 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
