Shipping Corporation of India seeks approval for disposal of non-core assets

Shipping Corporation of India announced that in connection with the disposal of its non-core assets, the Company vide letter dt. 12 May 2021 has referred the matter to Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways for its consideration seeking Presidential Assent under Article 150 (2d) of Articles of Association.
