Tata Motors announced that it has on 15 June 2022 filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2022 (the Form 20-F) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC). The Form 20-F includes the Company's audited financial statements prepared under the International Financial Reporting Standards for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2022.
