Tata Power to consider term of Rights issue

Tata Power announced that the committee of the board will meet on 08 March 2014 to consider and decide upon the terms and conditions of the proposed Rights issue including the rights entitlement ratio, the issue price, the issue size, record date, timings of the Rights issue and other related matters.
