Universal Office Automation extends financial year 2014-15 by 3 months

Universal Office Automation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide their resolution dated 31 March 2015, have accorded their consent for the extension of Financial Year 2014-15 ending 31 March 2015 by 3 months i.e. up to 30 June 2015 in terms of second proviso to Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013.
