Vijay Textiles announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 11 February 2015

Vijay Textiles announced that Kamini Gupta has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 11 February 2015 to fill the vacancy caused due to resignation of K. Bhupal Reddy, Non-Executive Independent Director. Further, Kamini Gupta will be a Non-Executive Woman Director on the Board of the Company.
