At least eight policemen today sustained injuries when a bomb targeted their van in Pakistan's restive Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
The cops in mobile van were on its routine patrolling in the area when a powerful explosion hit it at Darmangi area in Peshawar, police said.
The injured policemen were shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital where condition of three is reported to be critical, official said.
Roadside bombings are frequent in Pakistan's northwest, where the military has been carrying out operations against militants for the past several years.
