Bodies of woman and minor daughter recovered

The locals detected the swollen bodies of the woman and her daughter floating in the river and informed police which took the two bodies in possession and sent it for post-mortem, the Superintendent of Police (SP) Saurabh Kumar said.

Efforts were on to ascertain the identity of the bodies, he said.
