Deaf and dumb girl raped by father in HP

The incident came to light when the mother of the 17-year-old victim complained to police that her husband had raped their daughter on the night of January 25.

Later, the girl complained of stomach pain after which she narrated the entire incident to her mother through sign language, they said.

Lal has been arrested, while the further probes are on, they added.
