HC notice to Lokayukta police on Kumaraswamy's bail petition

Justice Anand Byrareddy ordered issue of notice to the Lokayukta police.

The Lokayukta court had recently ordered investigation into the second private complaint against Kumaraswamy and others in connection with alleged illegal denotification of land in Halagevaderahalli.

One Mahadevaswamy had filed a complaint alleging that Bangalore Development Authority had notified several acres of land in Halagevaderahalli for the Banashankari Fifth Stage Layout.
