Kanpur Police has declared 11 repeat offenders as history-sheeters.
Police is also preparing to open history sheets of 19 other criminals whose details have been sought from different police stations.
"We have opened records of 11 criminals and announced them history-sheeter while history sheets of 19 others are being fetched from police stations," Kanpur SSP Shalabh Mathur said today.

"Surprisingly, all the 11 history-sheeters are below 30 years of age," he said.
The history-sheeters have been identified as Ajju aka Noor Alam, Mohammed Hasin, Sonu Ghosi, Wasi Mohammed, Mohammed Salim, Gyanendra Tiwari, Anil Nati, Sarfaraz, Indrajit, Rajesh and Uday Singh, the SSP said.
