Synthetic milk seized by Health inspectors during raid

Acting on a tip off, the raiding party also seized a large amount of synthetic colour and hydrogen peroxide from the premises of Sri Pal and Vijay Pal, who were allegedly supplying toxic food products to unsuspecting local vendors.

The two culprits, however, managed to give a slip to the raiding party.

With reports circulating that synthetic milk was being prepared in the district, Health Department Inspectors have been conducting raids almost daily on the premises of local sweetmeat vendors and milk suppliers and large quantities of synthetic milk products and food materials have been seized.
