UCO Bank's net profit fell marginally by 3.5 per cent to Rs 303.59 crore in the third quarter of 2014-15 financial year.
The bank had registered a net profit of Rs 314.53 crore in the same quarter of 2013-14.
"Total income has increased from Rs 4,919.04 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2013, to Rs 5,447.39 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2014," it said in a filing to the BSE.

The bank's provisions towards bad loans were higher at Rs 907.54 crore during the third quarter of current fiscal, from Rs 811.68 crore in previous fiscal.
On asset quality, bank's gross non-performing assets (NPAs) or bad loans increased to 6.5 per cent from 5.2 per cent year ago.
Net NPAs too increased to 4.25 per cent of net advances, from 3.06 per cent in the year ago period.
Shares of UCO Bank closed at Rs 68.35 apiece on BSE, down 5.66 per cent.
