Earlier, orders to withdraw cases against 24 other farmers were issued by the state government in April this year.
"In order to save the farmers from facing further harassment because of the court case and also in the interest of justice the cases against them have been withdrawn," the spokesman added.
The farmers had been charged with damaging government property and running tractors on the land of Yamuna Expressway authority. They had also been accused of instigating other farmers.
