Woman killed, another injured in road accident

Police said Kusum Nuniya (40) died on the spot while Asha Devi (38) was admitted to a local hospital in a critically injured condition after a tourist bus hit them in Kalipahari area.

Locals staged a protest on the road demanding improvement in the traffic condition. As the mob began to clash with the police by throwing brickbats, RAF was brought in to control the situation, police said.
