Australian Mutual Provident (AMP), the Australian-based funds management and insurance group, said on Tuesday it has made an agreed £382 million bid for UK fund management group Henderson Plc. The aggregate value of the offer is 16.45 pounds ($27.04), which includes 16 pounds per share and a second interim dividend payment of 45 pence per share.
