India Rallying Ldcs On Trade Issues

At the end of the deliberations, the countries will adopt a draft resolution based on the conclusions of the meeting. This common stand will be spelt out at the Singapore meet, sources said.
The meeting gains significance in the light of the move by the developed countries led by Canada to set out a draft agreement on the multilateral investment agreement.
Sources said Canada had recently submitted a proposal to WTO on setting up a working party in the organisation to discuss investment in the Singapore meet.
