| The newly set up unit will market and implement CDC Software's Pivotal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions in India. |

| The company is targetting the financial services, real estate and IT sector for growth in India. It has successfully completed its first sale of Pivotal CRM to TTK Services, a person-to-person outsourcing company headquartered in Bangalore. |
| The Pivotal CRM solution covers the Customer Lifecycle Management, including sales, marketing, service automation, partner management, and analytics with access available over a variety of applications.' |
