Intelligroup, Keane tie up

Intelligroup, a consulting, business optimisation and outsourcing company, has announced a strategic alliance with Keane Inc, a business process and information technology (IT) services firm.

Vikram Gulati, chief executive officer of Intelligroup, said in a press release: "The combined strengths of our firms would enable us to compete for large-scale enterprise application implementation, development, and integration engagements, and allow us to meet the needs of our customers from process to applications across legacy, packages, and e-business."

The alliance has led to early wins from four customers in three months of building this relationship.
