Logix net up 182 per cent

Logix Microsystems, a provider of software products focussed on automotive e-retailing solutions, reported a 182 per cent jump in net profit to Rs 3.78 crore, during quarter-ended June 30, compared with the corresponding quarter previous fiscal. Revenue increased 62 per cent to Rs 10.06 crore.

Logix, which makes web-based automotive marketing software products under the brand name Izmocars for automotive dealers, added 90 customers in a single quarter.

Sanjay Soni, MD, Logix Microsystems, said, "We are noticing a strong traction among the client base for the Izmocars product division as a result of which we were able to add 90 customers in the quarter."

Soni said despite rupee appreciation, the company managed to raise its margins marginally due to increased pricing.
