Defending champions Minerva Punjab FC Sunday said it will consider moving court if three points are awarded to Real Kashmir for not playing their I-League match in Srinagar in the wake of Pulwama terrorist attack.
The match was scheduled for Monday but Minerva Punjab said its foreign players have been advised by their respective countries' embassies to pull out following the attack.
On Thursday, at least 40 CRPF paramilitary troopers were killed in a terror attack while several others are battling for their lives following what is being termed as the deadliest terrorist strike in three decades in Jammu and Kashmir.
"If three points are given to Real Kashmir for the match despite failing to provide security assurances, then we will appeal the decision and consider moving to court for relief," Minerva Punjab FC said in a statement.
The club said it had not received the assurances it had sought as far as security of its players are concerned.

India emerged as winners in the  team event at the first Mallakhamb World Championship that  concluded here Sunday.
The two-day tournament was held at Shivaji Park in  central Mumbai, in which participantsfrom 15 countries -  Spain, Germany, Czech Republic,Italy, USA, Iran, Norway,  England, France, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, Bahrain,  and hosts India - competed, a media release said.
On Sunday, the participants fought for the  individual championships, it said.
The team championship was won by India with 244.73  points, while Singapore stood second with 44.45 and Malaysia  came third with 30.22 points.
During the event, German mallakhamb team coach Ruth  Anzenberger presented an audio-visual presentation about the  workshops and practice of the ancient Indian sport held in his  country.
The German team also demonstrated their skills on  rope as well as pole mallakhamb, the release stated.

Defending champions Railway Sports Promotion Board (RSPB) defeated Haryana 8-0 to set up a title clash with Madhya Pradesh in the ninth Hockey India Senior Women National Championship (Division A) here Sunday.
While RSPB beat Haryana convincingly in the first semi-final, Madhya Pradesh eked out a close 2-1 win over Maharashtra in the other last-four game.
In the first semi-final, RSPB scored through Vandana Katariya (6th, 16'th, 38th minutes), Anupa Barla (44th, 44th), Navjot Kaur (18th), Deep Grace Ekka (48'th) and Neha (51st) to register the commanding win.
Madhya Pradesh scored the first goal in the 34th minute through Pooja Rani from a a penalty corner before doubling their lead in the 47th minute through Narender Kaur.
Maharashtra tried hard to forge a comeback and reduced the gap with a 53rd-minute strike by H Lalruatfeli, but it was not enough for them.

The Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) on Sunday removed the photographs of Pakistani cricketers from various points inside the Mohali stadium as a "humble step" to show solidarity with the families of martyrs of the Pulwama terror attack.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the cricket body's office bearers here, PCA treasurer Ajay Tyagi told PTI.
"As a humble step, the PCA has decided to show its solidarity with the families of martyrs of the Pulwama attack. There is so much anger in the nation against the heinous attack and PCA is no different in this," Tyagi said.
He said there are nearly 15 photos of Pakistani cricketers, which were kept inside the stadium at various points including in the galleries, long room, reception and 'hall of fame' area.
The Shahid Afridi-led Pakistani side had faced a 29-run defeat at India's hands in the 2011 World Cup cricket semi-finals which was played here in March.

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) Sunday organised a cricket match for the entire domestic steel industry at Major Dhyan Chand Stadium here.
Union Minister of Steel Chaudhary Birender Singh inaugurated the match which was a part of diamond jubilee celebrations of the SAIL.

Jitendra Singh Rathore of Rajasthan  won the gruelling 50 km event Sunday in the 6th Open National  Race Walking Championship here.
Rathore won the race in a time of 4:23:23.00, pushing  Joshi Sagar of Gujarat (4:24:21.00) to second place.
Haryana's Pawan Kumar took the third place in a time of  4:30:49.00.
Rathore's winning time was way off the World Championship  qualification mark, pegged at 3:59:00.
In the 10 km boys category, Suraj Panwar of Uttarakhand  won the first prize, followed by Junaid (Haryana) and Barman  Ali (UP) in second and third place respectively.
Panwar finished the race in a time of 43:19.00 while the  girls winner Rogi Patel achieved a timing of 53:38.00.

Kusal Perera became a national hero in Sri Lanka on Sunday after scoring an unbeaten 153 to guide his country to a sensational first Test victory in South Africa.
The country's cricket legends and politicians lauded Perera, who has become a linchpin for the ailing national side since fighting off doping charges in 2016.
Former skipper Kumar Sangakkara, who had staunchly defended Perera when he was suspended in December 2015, called the performance at Kingsmead in Durban on Saturday "unreal".

The 19-year-old Tefera, who won the indoor world title in the distance in Birmingham last year, went past countryman Yomif Kejelcha as the duo entered the final bend and had the stronger finish to win by 0.54 seconds.

Three-time major champion Stan Wawrinka reached his first final on Saturday since his comeback a year ago from left knee surgeries.
The unseeded Wawrinka beat top-seeded Kei Nishikori 6-2 4-6 6-4 in the ABN AMRO World Tournament semifinals to face Gael Monfils for the title on Sunday.
The final is Wawrinka's first since the 2017 French Open, where he last met Monfils in the fourth round.

The Solomon Islands have been thrown out of this year's Fifa under-17 World Cup for fielding an over-age player during qualifying.
The Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) said in a statement Sunday that the Solomons breached regulations by fielding a player in the regional under-16 tournament last year who was born before the qualifying date of January 1, 2002.
The Solomons finished second to New Zealand in the tournament which qualified them for the under-17 World Cup to be hosted by Peru in October.
However, the OFC disciplinary committee found the Solomon Islands had committed a "deliberate and serious breach" of the regulations which has "resulted in the forfeiting of the team's place at the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2019."
A decision will be made soon on who will replace the Solomons at the World Cup with the leading contender expected to be Tahiti who beat Fiji in the play-off for third in the regional qualifier.
