Godrej Interio to open 104 new stores, add over 200k sq ft of retail space

Home and office furniture brand Godrej Interio on Monday said it plans to open 104 new stores and add over 2 lakh sq ft of retail space in the ongoing fiscal as part of its pan-India expansion. A part of Godrej & Boyce of Godrej Enterprises Group, Godrej Interio currently has 900 stores in more than 600 cities across India. Godrej Interio projects a 20 per cent growth this year and plans to add over 2 lakh sq ft of retail space in FY25. The company is poised to surpass 1,000 stores in August, it said in a statement. The brand will also add 104 new stores in fiscal year 2025, it added. "Our nationwide growth plan targets 34, 24, 19 and 27 new stores for the northern, western, southern, and eastern regions, respectively," Godrej Interio Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Business (B2C) Dev Narayan Sarkar said. Godrej Electricals & Electronics secures orders over Rs 1,000 cr in FY'24

Godrej Electricals & Electronics on Thursday said it has secured orders worth over Rs 1,000 crore in financial year 2023-24 in power and infrastructure business. These orders predominantly entail both Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) and Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) substations across India, with certain projects of up to 765kV capacity, a company statement said. Each of these projects range from Rs 100 crore to Rs 400 crore in value, it added. No corporate has sought furniture to help employees in work: Godrej Interio

Leading office furniture brand Godrej Interio has "never" been approached by any corporate client asking for solutions to help an employee put in elongated work hours, a top official said on Tuesday. Corporate clients are more focused on making employees more productive, ensuring that they work as a team and also aspects like sustainability, its parent firm Godrej & Boyce chief executive Anil Verma said. "The short answer is... I never got a customer saying 'I want my people to work so many hours'," Verma told PTI, replying to a specific question if the company has seen corporates seeking such help. Godrej Interio aims Rs 450 crore revenue from north India by FY26

Godrej Interio, a leading furniture and interior solutions brand, said it aims to generate Rs 450 crore revenue from northern India by FY26. Besides, it also looks to almost double its market share in the organised furniture sector in Delhi-NCR, the biggest market in north zone, within the next three years, said a statement from the company, owned by Godrej Group flagship company Godrej & Boyce. The company is expanding its sales network in the northern market, adding 15 new stores in current fiscal, taking the total number of stores to 35 across the northern market. "At present, we have 18 per cent market share of the organised furniture sector in Delhi-NCR, and we intend to attain a 35 per cent share within the next three years. Godrej Locks and Architectural Fittings aim 24% growth in current fiscal

Godrej Locks and Architectural Fittings is looking at clocking Rs 1,100 crore turnover this fiscal, a 24 per cent year-on-year growth, a senior company official has said. Godrej Interio eyes revenue growth of 25% to Rs 3000 crore in next fiscal

Godrej Interio, the furniture brand of Godrej & Boyce, is eyeing a revenue growth of 25 per cent in the next financial year. In the current fiscal, the division is expecting to clock a revenue of Rs 2,400 crore in home and office furniture combined. "We are expecting a 25 per cent growth in the revenue of furniture (Godrej Interio) division next year from Rs 2400 crore this fiscal to Rs 3000 crore in the next financial year", COO of Godrej Interio Anil Mathur said. He said the market for office furniture is growing across the country with more and more companies opting for creating social office space which supports health and well- being of its employees. "The idea of social office is gaining currency because the current generation of millennials are more result-oriented in their approach and not process-oriented," he told reporters here.
