Emaar expects Rs 3,400 cr revenue from luxury housing project in Gurugram

Realty firm Emaar India is expecting around Rs 3,400 crore revenue from its newly launched luxury housing project in Gurugram. Emaar India, which is part of Dubai-based Emaar Properties, has recently launched a housing project 'Urban Ascent' in Sector 112, Gurugram. Emaar India CEO Kalyan Chakrabarti said the company will develop 816 apartments in this 9.2-acre luxury housing project. He said this project is under a joint development agreement (JDA) with land owners. "The total investment will be around Rs 1,600 crore to develop this green project," he said. The sales bookings value is estimated at around Rs 3,400 crore, Chakrabarti said. The company is selling apartments in a price range of Rs 2.5 crore to Rs 6 crore. The project will be completed in the next four-five years. Chakrabarti noted that housing demand continues to be strong in Delhi-NCR from end-users as well as investors. DLF aims Rs 23,000 cr from sale of ultra-luxury homes in Gurugram's Dahlias

Buoyed by strong sales of 173 homes for Rs 11,816 crore in its ultra-luxury project in Gurugram, realty major DLF is now targeting at least Rs 23,000 crore revenue from the remaining 247 units in its new offering 'The Dahlias'. In October last year, DLF launched its 17-acre super-luxury housing project 'The Dahlias' at DLF phase 5 in Gurugram, comprising 420 apartments and penthouses. This new project is the second ultra-luxury offering from DLF after the successful delivery of 'The Camellias' at the same location. The minimum size of an apartment is 10,300 square feet. According to investors' presentation, DLF has sold 173 units having 18.5 lakh square feet area, for Rs 11,816 crore. The average realisation was around Rs 70 crore per residence. The average per square feet rate is around Rs 64,000 for saleable area and Rs 1,05,000 for carpet area. "Balance area to be sold 2.7 million (27 lakh) square feet. Emaar India to invest Rs 1,600 cr on new housing project in Gurugram

Realty firm Emaar India will invest around Rs 1,600 crore to develop a new luxury housing project in Gurugram as part of its expansion plan amid strong demand for residential properties. Emaar India, which is part of Dubai-based Emaar Properties, has launched a new housing project 'Urban Ascent' in Sector 112, Gurugram. "We have launched a new housing project on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. It is a 9.2 acre luxury housing project where we will be developing 816 apartments," Emaar India CEO Kalyan Chakrabarti told PTI. Gurugram Police introduces Paytm QR code for traffic challan payments

Traffic challans can now be settled using a Paytm QR code in Gurugram, police said on Friday. Keeping in mind the convenience of the people, DCP traffic Virender Vij launched a Paytm QR code for paying challan on Thursday, an official said. DCP Vij said that this new initiative will not only save people's time but with the help of this Paytm QR, challan can be easily paid for by scanning the code while even sitting at home. He added that Gurugram is the first district of Haryana where easy payment of challan was started with the help of Paytm QR code and after this, no one will have to visit offices to pay the challan. Signature Global buys 16-acre land in Gurugram for Rs 300 crore for project

Real estate company Signature Global has bought a 16.12-acre land in Gurugram for nearly Rs 300 crore to develop a housing project, as it remains bullish on demand for mid-income and premium residential properties. The land is located on Sector 71, Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram, Haryana. "We have purchased a 16-acre land parcel in Gurugram for the development of a premium housing project," Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal told PTI. He said the total development potential in this project would be around 27-28 lakh square feet area. Asked about the land cost, Aggarwal said the total investment of the purchase of land is nearly Rs 300 crore. Haryana minister outlines Rs 800 crore road project for Gurugram's future

Haryana minister Rao Narbir Singh has said that the foundation for Gurugram's prosperous future will be laid over the next five years through improved connectivity and a robust road network, officials said on Sunday. Over 2,000 cops deployed in Gurugram ahead of New Year celebrations

Gurugram police have deployed over 2,000 policemen to ensure hassle free New Year celebrations, officials said on Sunday. MG road, Cyber hub and sector 29 market have been identified as key sensitive points which are expected to be hit by maximum party goers and majority of cops will be stationed here to keep things under control, they said. The police have allotted 10 parking spots around these venues. According to an official statement of the Gurugram police, special programmes and events will be organised mainly at 22 places in Gurugram for New Year celebrations. Housing price at Noida Expressway jumps 66% in 5 yrs: Anarock data

Housing prices in Bengaluru's peripheral location Gunjur have risen by 69 per cent in the last five years, while Noida Expressway in Delhi-NCR witnessed 66 per cent appreciation, according to Anarock. Real estate consultant Ananrock's data showed that average housing prices in Noida Expressway stood at Rs 8,400 per sq ft in the September 2024 quarter against Rs 5,075 per square feet in 2019. NCR's peripheral area Sohna saw price growth of 43 per cent to Rs 5,900 per sq ft from Rs 4,120 per sq ft, while prime area New Gurugram witnessed a 59 per cent rise in the same period. Gurugram DC orders strict implementation of GRAP IV as air quality worsens

Gurugram DC Ajay Kumar has ordered officials to strictly implement the restrictions of GRAP 4 due to increasing air pollution. As per the order, many restrictions have been imposed, including change in office timings of government employees, work from home in private institutions, classes in hybrid mode in schools, ban on construction and demolition activities. As per the orders issued by the DC, employees in all government offices will come to the office at 9:30 in the morning and will render their services till 5:30 in the evening.
