In a telephonic conversation with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, US Defence Secretary Mark T Esper on Thursday called recent developments in Jammu and Kashmir as internal matters of India and hoped that any issue between New Delhi and Islamabad will be resolved bilaterally.
