Realty firm Signature Global is confident of achieving its target to sell homes worth Rs 12,500 crore this fiscal, despite a 15 per cent fall in bookings in the June quarter, a top company official said. Signature Global emerged as the fifth largest listed real estate firm during 2024-25 fiscal in terms of sales bookings by achieving record pre-sales of Rs 10,290 crore. The Gurugram-based company has given a guidance of clocking Rs 12,500 crore worth pre-sales or sales bookings in the current fiscal. "We are confident of achieving the target of Rs 12,500 crore sales bookings in the current fiscal," Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal told PTI. He said the company has a strong launch pipeline in Gurugram for the remaining period of this fiscal year. Realty firm Lodha Developers has acquired five land parcels in the Mumbai region, Pune and Bengaluru during the June quarter to develop housing projects with a total revenue potential of Rs 22,700 crore. In a regulatory filing on Monday, Lodha Developers said, "In April-June quarter of 2025-26, we added five new projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune and Bengaluru with GDV (gross development value) of Rs 22700 crore." The company did not mention whether these land parcels were acquired outright or whether it entered into a partnership with landowners. Realty firm Sobha Ltd has reported an 11 per cent increase in sales bookings to a record Rs 2,078.8 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal year as housing demand continues to be strong. Its sales bookings or pre-sales stood at Rs 1,873.7 crore in the year-ago period. The Bengaluru-based company sold 14.44 lakh sq ft area in April-June period of this fiscal year as against 11.75 lakh sq ft, according to a regulatory filing on Monday. During the June quarter, Sobha completed 1.07 million sq ft of saleable area and delivered 594 homes across projects. Realty firm Arkade Developers Ltd on Tuesday reported an 11 per cent rise in sales bookings to Rs 217 crore for the latest quarter ended March. Its sales bookings stood at Rs 196 crore in the year-ago period. "During 2024-25, Arkade Developers achieved robust pre-sales (sales bookings) of Rs 773 crore, marking a 19.8 per cent increase from Rs 645 crore in the previous year. This growth reflects the continued demand for the residential portfolio of Arkade in the Mumbai region," the company said in a regulatory filing. The amount collected from customers stood at Rs 716 crore in the last fiscal, up by 21.8 per cent when compared to the preceding year. Mumbai-based Arkade sold 2,49,000 sq ft in 2024-25 compared to 2,03,000 sq ft in the preceding year, recording a 22.7 per cent annual growth.
