Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday attended the 'Shri Ram Charan Paduka Pujan' programme here and flagged off the Shri Ram Karmbhoomi Yatra chariot which will reach Janakpur Dham in Nepal via Buxar. The event was attended by Union Minister Ashwini Choubey, Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh and several saints, an official release issued here said. At the outset of the programme, Adityanath conducted a ritualistic 'pujan' of Shri Ram Charan Paduka amid the chanting of mantras. After the pujan, the chief minister flagged off the Shri Ram Charan Paduka chariot. The saints also presented a book based on Lord Shri Ram and 'Ganga Jal' to the chief minister on the occasion, the release added.

Ensure security of enemy properties across UP: Adityanath directs officials

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday directed the officials concerned to ensure the security of enemy properties located in different districts of the state, an official statement said. Enemy properties are properties that have been left behind by people who have taken citizenship of Pakistan and China. There have also been reports of encroachment at certain places. In such a situation, a report of the updated status of all the enemy properties should be prepared. To make them free from encroachment, statewide action should be initiated under the supervision of the Home Department, the chief minister was quoted as saying in the official release issued here. CM Yogi dedicates projects worth Rs 1,670 crore in Noida, Greater Noida

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday dedicated more than a dozen development projects worth Rs 1,670 crore to public in Gautam Buddh Nagar district. The works included Ganga water project for Greater Noida, a city bus terminal and underpasses in Noida, and a major sewage treatment plant (STP) along the Yamuna Expressway, according to an official statement. The chief minister dedicated 13 projects which have been developed under the aegis of the Noida Authority, the Greater Noida Authority, the Yamuna Expressway Authority and the UP State Industrial Development Authority. Noida Police bans use of drones till Nov 2 in view of Prez Murmu's visit

Noida Police on Sunday banned use of drones by any individual or organisation till November 2 in view of President Droupadi Murmu and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's proposed visit to the city, an official statement said.
