Apna Sapna to start airhostess training academy

Bangalore-based real estate firm Apna Sapna plans to invest Rs 10-12 crore to set up 10 airhostess training centres across South India.
Announcing a tie-up with the Chandigarh-based airhostess training school 'Flying Cats' here on Monday, Apna Sapna Chairman and MD Sunil Baberwal said, "We will set up 10 Apna Sapna Career Academies in South India over the next 12 months, with an intake of 25 students per batch."
While Apna Sapna will provide the necessary infrastructure, Flying Cats will handle the training and placements. "We may not construct new buildings at all centres but take premises on rent wherever required," Baberwal said.
Two of these centres will come up in Bangalore, two each in Chennai and Hyderabad, while Thiruvananthapuram Kochi, Puducherry and Goa will have one centre each.
Flying Cats, which offers a Diploma in Airhostess and Ground Handling Training in association with Annamalai University has 30 centres across India.
