Balaji Railroad bags Bangla assignment

Balaji Railroad Systems Ltd (Barsyl), a Hyderabad-based railway consulting organisation, has bagged a consulting assignment in Bangladesh.

Barsyl, in association with SMEC International Pvt Ltd, Australia, has been awarded the consultancy services for feasibility study for conversion/construction of Dhaka-Chittagong railway line into double track with electric traction.

This is the first consultancy assignment for the company in Bangladesh and it hopes to become a major player in the country's railway market where the company has also been shortlisted for a few feasibility studies and other consulting assignments.
