Era group launches Rs 150 cr housing project

The Era group has launched the first housing project, coming up in Jaipur. The project, of Rs 150 crore, is being developed on over 5 acres.

It is being developed by Era Infrastructure (India) Ltd, the real estate venture of the Era group.

Era Aster Court, a residential complex, will be located close to multiplexes, shopping complexes, schools, and medical facilities, and has apartments designed by renowned architects, Arcop and Associates.

The landscaping in the complex will be done by leading landscape architect Paul Freedberg. Era Infrastructure (India) Vice-President (Sales and Marketing) Vikrant Singh said: "Era Aster Court is appropriate for someone who wants to upgrade his living from the current tight conditions prevailing in Jaipur. It has a club, recreational facilities, a swimming pool, multi-purpose sports facilities and jogging tracks."

The complex has a controlled and monitored security system.

The Era group has been involved in building airports, highways, ports, power projects, multiplexes, commercial complexes, housing, institutes, and industrial complexes for over two decades.

The current boom in the real estate sector has prompted the group to launch its real estate venture, Era Infrastructure (India) Ltd, which will do business in India and abroad.

Era Infrastructure (India) has many projects coming up in Agra, Meerut, Faridabad, Palwal, Bahadurgarh, Bangalore, Indore, Mandi Gobindgarh, Pune, Allahabad, Sirsa, Ajmer, Udaipur, Greater Noida, etc.

Most of these projects will start this year. The company currently has projects worth more than Rs 5,000 crore in the pipeline.
