GTL's consolidated net dips 11 per cent in Q3

Network services major GTL has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 32.14 crore in the third quarter ended December 2008, down 18.11 per cent from Rs 39.24 crore in the year-ago period. The company posted a total income of Rs 467.81 crore in the quarter, up 4 per cent from Rs 450.31 crore compared with the year-ago period, according to a company statement. On a standalone basis, net profit declined 31 per cent to Rs 22.28 crore during the quarter under review.
