Hp, Compaq May Sew Up Merger In 3-6 Months

The merger of Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Compaq in India would take another three to six months to complete, said Balu Doraisamy, president, Hewlett Packard India. Both the companies announced the merger in April 2001 globally.
