Inn Venue forays into hotel management

Pune-based Inn Venue Hospitality Management Pvt Ltd has entered the hotel management business with the city's first four-star category hotel Deccan Rendezvous.

The company has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hotel Surya Pvt Ltd to manage the newly built hotel within the upmarket FC Road area.

Rajendra Kelshikar, director, Inn Venue, told mediapersons that the 56-room Deccan Rendezvous would be positioned as the first four-star business boutique hotel.

All rooms will be equipped with facilities like high-speed internet connectivity, mini-bar, tea / coffee maker and electronic safe.

Deccan Rendezvous has a world cuisine restaurant 'Glass Window' and a pub 'Soul Purpose'.

A pan-Asian restaurant on the rooftop overlooking a swimming pool is also on the cards in the next six months, said Ravish Arora, director, Inn Venue.

Rajesh Agarwal, director, Surya Hotels, said the company had invested Rs 15 crore (excluding the land cost) in creating Deccan Rendezvous.
