Pyramid Saimira denies talks with Sun TV

Pyramid Saimira Theatre (PSTL) has denied media reports that Sun TV group is about to acquire PSTL.

In a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that the management is not aware of any such proposal and further clarifies that neither the management nor the core promoters had any discussion with Sun TV group regarding any stake sale or takeover.
