RCom Q3 net falls 61% to Rs 186 cr

Reliance Communications reported a 61.2% fall in consolidated net profit at Rs 186 crore as against Rs 480 crore in the same period a year ago.

On standalone basis the Anil Ambani-led mobile company posted a decline of 24.1% in net profit at Rs 277 crore when compared to Rs 365 crore in December 2010.

Standalone total income dipped 7.7% to Rs 2,855 crore from Rs 3,096 crore in year-ago period.

The company's stocks were trading at Rs 94 apiece, down 1.1%, at the time of closing of BSE.
