Servion, Envox in pact for contact centre solutions

| Envox Worldwide, a global voice solutions provider, announced that it had partnered with Servion Global Solutions to develop and deploy voice solutions based on Envox's product line. |
| A company statement said the two companies would work together to enable enterprise contact centres to easily migrate from legacy systems to standards-based voice solutions, including VoIP solutions that simplify network management, optimise contact centre efficiency, improve customer service and drive new revenue. |
| "Our partnership with Envox Worldwide creates new market opportunities for us, especially in Contact Centres that are looking to benefit from new standards and technologies, such as speech, VoiceXML and VoIP," said Shankaran Nair, senior vice-president, marketing and business development, Servion Global Solutions. |
| Servion Global Solutions will now offer voice solutions based on the entire Envox Worldwide product portfolio. |
| Mark D. Flanagan, president and chief executive officer of Envox Worldwide, said Servion was highly respected in the industry for their consulting and application design expertise and Envox would work with it to implement best-in-class voice solutions for enterprises throughout the world. |
