Bhpv Assessed At Iso 9001

Bharat Heavy Plate and Vessels (BHPV) has been assessed at upgraded (higher)version of ISO 9001: 2000 certification for its quality management systems.

In a press release, BHPV said that this was an achievement in the quality standards of the company. Bureau Veritas Quality International, an authorised agency for ISO standard approvals, accorded the certification on April 25 and this is valid for three years.

With stringent quality management practices, BHPV has developed the compact heat exchangers for Aeronautical development agency. These heat exchangers have been used in the Light combat Aircraft project (Tejas), the release added.
