Canadian event for wannabe immigrants

An educational programme to help immigrants to settle in Canada will be launched in Ahmedabad on October 3.

The programme 'Canadian Construction Essentials' will be a six-month full time classroom course and the students will get a certificate from Vancouver Career College,Canada and an official employment contract from Canadian employer.

The city-based GOCAN Education & Immigration Consultants Pvt Ltd has launched the programme in affiliation with Core Immigration Group,Vancouver Career College and British Columbia,Canada.

Announcing the launch of the programme, Brij Mohan Sood, director, GOCAN Education & Immigration Consultants Pvt Ltd said.

The six-month full time course has been launched to meet the shortage of construction workers in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada.

Each class in the programme will have 20 students and faculty from Vancouver Career College, Canada will teach the students.
