Mishra discharged in Flex case

A Delhi court has discharged Someshwar Mishra, former chief commissioner of central excise, and Ashok Chaturvedi, chairman and managing director of Flex Industries Ltd, in a corruption case registered by the CBI.

"The prosecution has not been able to bring or record any evidence which can be converted into legal evidence against the accused persons at the stage of trial, hence both accused persons.are hereby discharged," special judge Pratibha Rani said in the order.
