Mumbai rains: Central railway trains halted

| Update at 1050 hrs Continued heavy rains in Mumbai has led to water logging in several parts of city like Worli, Lower Parel, Sion, Andheri, Vakola, Kalina, SV Road and also Western Express Highway. Traffic has been diverted at these places. Central railway trains have come to a halt. Western railways running slow and 20-25 minutes behind schedule. Schools, colleges and select offices have declared a holiday due to rains. How have Mumbai rains affected you. Could the administration have done a better job?
