Nitesh Estates to rope in Warne

Bangalore-based Nitesh Estates, the real estate division of the Nitesh Group, has roped in ace Australian leg spinner Shane Warne for promoting the gated township Nitesh Forest Hills.

According to Nitesh Shetty, managing director, Nitesh Estates, Nitesh Forest Hills is to come up at Whitefield in Bangalore on 7.3 acres. It is situated close to the Sai Baba Ashram with options of two and three bedrooms apartments.

He added: "With the new government's promise to improve infrastructure and more IT and BPO companies reconsidering their decision and setting up shops in Bangalore, it is but natural that we start the project in Whitefield, one of Bangalore?s prime locations."

Nitesh Estates in Bangalore is engaged in the development of residential apartments, office complexes, townships, software parks and IT campuses across the city.
