Bank of Maharashtra to expand network

| Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) would be adding 38 more branches to its existing network of 1,325 branches in the country by the end of the current financial year. It also plans to increase the number of its ATMs from the existing 252 to 350. |
| According to bank's executive director Rajiv Madhok, BoM had engaged Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for implementation of core banking solutions. So far, CBS had been implemented in 23 branches, while 75 more branches would go online by March this year. |
| Madhok told mediapersons here recently that CBS would be implemented in 500 more branches during the next financial year. |
| Following this, the CBS-enabled branches of BoM would account for 85 per cent of the bank's business. |
| In Andhra Pradesh, he said, the bank would be opening four more branches in the next financial year. Madhok had opened the bank's branch at Nellore on Wednesday. |
