ICICI Bk FY07 consol net up 14% at Rs 2,761cr

ICICI Bank today reported a 14% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,760.63 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007 when compared with Rs 2,420.09 crore in FY06.

According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 41,363.79 crore from Rs 24,615.51 crore in FY06.

The bank reported a 28% decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 557.63 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 when compared with Rs 774.73 crore in Q4FY06.

Total income increased to Rs 13,663.44 crore from Rs 7,864.04 crore in Q4FY06.

The bank, on a stand-alone basis, posted a net profit of Rs 825.12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as against Rs 789.93 crore in Q4FY06. Total income increased to Rs 8,495.52 crore from Rs 5,507.45 crore in Q4FY06.

The bank posted a net profit of Rs 3,110.22 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007 as against Rs 2,540.07 crore in FY06. Total income increased to Rs 28,923.46 crore from Rs 18,487.01 crore in FY06.
