Laws Inadequate On Insurance Frauds, Says Law Commision

Indian laws are inadequate to handle insurance frauds, the Law Commission said today.

The commission said it could recommend penalties on the lines of those implemented in developed markets as part of the exercise it has undertaken to review of all insurance laws.
